Kirsten Boileau is a Learning & Development consultant who built her career over 17 years at SAP.  Kirsten was the first person in the world to have the job of implementing a Social Selling program, including training, communications, overall program infrastructure, and analytics.  She managed that multi-award-winning global program at SAP for 7 years, then moved on to building functional learning programs for Marketing and most recently supported Leadership growth and development programs. Kirsten has extensive experience in building large-scale, impactful learning programs, as well as driving leadership and change management initiatives.

In 2023, Kirsten launched her own consulting business, Tairo Consulting, which supports small business owners who want to offer learning & development opportunities to support their employee’s upskilling, reskilling, and overall growth.

 Kirsten has deep expertise in role-based learning, the psychology of learning, and employee development. She is a regular guest speaker and panelist on podcasts and at events.

Kirsten is based in Ontario, Canada and is well-versed in working in global environments, managing people and projects across time-zones and cultures.
